you need to be assertive but not pushy and be open to learning and you will have fun.The good thingswell it was a fun place to work. the people were really nice to me and the manager made my time there really positive. i learnt a lot, and it was a short day which was perfect for me.
i had never worked in a call centre before and it was way better that i thought it would be. the manager made me feel valued.
The challengesi didnt get the sales that i wanted, and that is an important part of the job. i was given training and lots of support, but it just wasnt for me. I was happy for the chance and will take what i have learnt to my next job. even though i chose to leave after a week i was treated really well and with respect.
