The challengesToxic Management Culture. Love to point the finger when things go wrong and will not provide support as a team/leader focus.
If you are not one of the people who say YES all the time, then you will find yourself very quickly go backwards, which after all their so called mantra is "Yes We Can", when in reality, most times they will not.
Aging fleet of vehicles. They are slowly updating these, but most are well and truely passed their used by date.
There systems are developed from failings and in my tenure, I have seen some very smart and good people exit this company. Unless you have been in the "Club" for a long time, don't expect senior management and the directors to take on any fresh ideas. Very much is is a "My way, or the Highway" mentality.
