The good thingsNot much really. Some great fellow employees. If you like working for people who have know idea how to run a business then supagas is for you. If you aren't in the upper management click you aren't going anywhere.
The challengesPoor management. Terrible pay. Crazy high expectations for little pay and appreciation. Poor vehicle maintenance either brand new trucks or old and clapped out trucks.

Very disapointed how they treated me as a loyal, hardworking and dedicated employee. Don't bother applying for any roles here. You will get burnt out and your overall well being will go backwards.
The good thingsOverall the business has a great product offer.
The challengesToxic Management Culture. Love to point the finger when things go wrong and will not provide support as a team/leader focus. If you are not one of the people who say YES all the time, then you will find yourself very quickly go backwards, which after all their so called mantra is "Yes We Can", when in reality, most times they will not. Aging fleet of vehicles. They are slowly updating these, but most are well and truely passed their used by date. There systems are developed from failings and in my tenure, I have seen some very smart and good people exit this company. Unless you have been in the "Club" for a long time, don't expect senior management and the directors to take on any fresh ideas. Very much is is a "My way, or the Highway" mentality.

Do not apply for a job with this company it will destroy your will to live and chances are you will leave within a very short period.
The good thingsPeople I worked with (besides management) were fantastic.
The challengesEverything since 1st November 2020. Head office and branch management have no idea of what we do or actually goes on. The staff turn over is ridiculous.

Consider before applying due to the potential issues from medications and them not looking into everything properly
The good thingsThe managers and workers at the branch are friendly and great people.
The challengesDoesn't seem to be fully cognisant of potential employees and don't ask all the questions needed. At least that is due to their HR department. Their decision to not process with good potential employees seemed to be based on medications that don't affect the ability to do the requirements of the job.

Do NOT become a Customer Service Officer at Supagas Bayswater as it is very demanding for little pay and your most of your time will be debt collection.

Personal and professional growth, career development, progress focused, not scared to invest and willing to listen to what people have to say and contribute.
The good thingsWith a real focus on growth and success there are lots of opportunities, lots of investment into reward and recognition as well as learning and development. Not to mention wonderful people to work with who are dedicated to the Yes We Can attitude.
The challengesSome growth can be accelerated and need people to move and adapt fast, which can be challenging at times.

Overall, my journey with Supagas has been marked by continuous learning, growth, and a strong sense of belonging. If you are seeking a workplace where you can thrive both professionally and personally, Supagas is the ideal choice. I am proud to be part of the Supagas family and look forward to contributing to its continued success.
The good thingsThe genuine care and concern the organisation demonstrates towards its employees. From day one, I felt welcomed and embraced by a team that values collaboration and encourages open communication. The leadership team is approachable, and their commitment to maintaining a positive work environment is evident at every level. Supagas provides continuous learning opportunities, I have personally witnessed colleagues advancing in their careers within the company, which is a testament to Supagas' commitment to nurturing talent from within.
The challengesSupagas' growth is fast paced which can contribute to challenges, but overall it is a collaborative environment where challenges are encouraged to be communicated.

Great company to work for, get the job done and you will get a win / win case.
The good thingsMy Manager is easy going and does not micro manage my efforts. I' am left to do what I' am in selling. When ever I need answers, my manager is always able to provide them. I'm empowered to close my deals due to the trust the company has towards me.
The challengesLike every company there will always be something that's challenging to fix. The Managements are doing their best to fix the issues by being involved closely with the sales team.
