Incompetent senior management and toxic junior staff members. The good thingsBeing part of the McConnell Trader House Group
The challengesWhen you join Supernormal, you’re taken through the staff handbook one-on-one. On the surface, it feels promising — like they genuinely care about culture. But the moment you step onto the floor, it’s as if that handbook no longer exists.
Senior leadership believes they have full visibility by openly encouraging junior staff to “report” on managers under the banner of empowerment. In reality, it creates an environment where some junior team members feel free to make accusations whenever they don’t like being told off by managers. In my experience, this has been especially pronounced among the Melbourne staff, who sit at the centre of much of this toxicity.
