Challenging, enlightening, educational and overall fun.The good things- Really good staff discount
- The clothing and brands you're selling are gorgeous and help motivate you and keep you inspired in the workplace
-you never feel alone or understaffed on your shift, there were always at least 3 people working to help
- You tend to work with really lovely people, all who are good communicators and down to help you
The challenges- Strong emphasis on individual sales KPI's, to the point where you sometimes felt more like a dollar value than a person.
- Managers often placed double standards upon workers, leaving all of us with the feeling that we were not doing anything right
- Due to the individual KPI system, if a customer you had served was served by another employee, either you would have to log your details into the system (creates an awkward situation), or the other sales person would get credit for your sale
