Worst Place To Work - Toxic
The good thingsGlobal brand(s) but there are better brands out there
The challengesMinimum pay, no commissions. Does not encourage sales guns by offering any incentives for hard work. Bonuses are rare and pitiful and are equally divided between the team, so people who do nothing profit off the hard work of others. There is no reward for hard work and no opportunity to make more money. There is no room for career progression. Discriminatory environment. Unethical behaviours. Micromanaging and constant performance reviews. Company rife with toxic behaviours from management and upper management. Worst place I have ever worked.

I had a rocky start that was dealt with fast, so it was a very enjoyable and fun workplace.
The good thingsWhile there my colleagues were the nicest people which made the workplace a very enjoyable place. The company is run efficiently and all of the managers are very professional and easy to deal with. Before Swatch I had not worked in a company so eager and willing to help its staff with any discrepancies and any further training that you may believe you need. ten out of ten would work there again.
The challengesThe only thing that I found challenging within Swatch was balancing my uni life with the hours I was given to work. The regular hours that I had were easy to manage with my studies however, the team is small. So when someone goes on holiday or is sick there are a lot more hours which need filling that may disrupt your outside life.
