Once in a lifetime career experience, with a genuine desire to make people healthier and happier.
The good thingsBest culture for a workplace I've ever been in. Genuine commitment to health and wellbeing. The best team I've ever worked with. Local management team are genuine, caring and clever. A focus on personal leadership, growth, gratitude and humility.
The challengesIt is a small business, owned by an offshore parent. The career growth opportunities are difficult to come by.

Started out well but change of management has seen a lot of redundancy. Micromanaging company. Look at every move you make.
The good thingsYou receive a food allowance.
The challengesMicromanaged. No support. Talk about H&H but new management have different ideas.

Incredible team and product, but the management with suck you dry.
The good thingsThe team are fantastic people. Lots of health and wellness initiatives such as yoga at lunchtime and extra days off to spend with family and friends. Incredible brand and product.
The challengesCrazy place to work and even worse since Chinese ownership. Continual changing goals posts from management and expectations that things can be done faster when already working to tight deadlines. They preach that they put people first but it's not the case anymore.

Company is run by people and there hard work, reward them, develop them. Don't be like Swisse.
The good thingsI wish there was 1 thing this company would do that would be good for its people.
The challengesAll conversations start and end with $ saving. The people factor is just a talk but in reality company does nothing for its people. Company values are dead, people are tired and most would walk out anytime now.

Great working environment and opportunity to work with great people. Everything else is a major let down.
The good thingsGood working environment. Lunch is provided daily for warehouse workers. Daily meditation and gym facility available.
The challengesCompany has a really high turn over rate. Staff retention levels is very low. Management expects you to take on other people's roles instead of hiring new people.
