    Avoid this company at all costs. Management is toxic, especially human resources. No respect.

    The challengesReplace management as they only care about their egos and not the company. They show no respect for blue collar workers.

    This is the sort of company that gives automation a bad name.
    The good thingsOfficially-organised Xmas parties (no expense spared). Regular events in the Sydney office (but if you're on site then nothing).
    The challengesImmensely frustrating dealing with poorly-designed technology, hence the high turnover of staff. You waste your time trying to get poorly-designed technology from the various European branches to work. The European Senior Engineering Managers are lazy and/or incompetent. Only the 'Pallets Division' is competent/professional. Automation Hardware & software is not fit for purpose, and with little to no way of diagnosing why the equipment "went nuts".
