    A great company to work for which has a unique culture based on respect, principles, support and a sense of belonging.
    The good thingsSXiQ has a unique culture where there is open dialogue at all levels of the organisation, where the MD makes it his business to meet and get to know each employee. Although some projects can be extremely challenging, the support between colleagues is fantastic and there is a true sense of unity and common goals. Everyone is given a voice and encouraged to express their views and opinions, and contribute to the growth of the organisation. Its a great place to work for if you are looking for a company with a culture based on principles, support, outcome focused and a sense of belonging.
    The challengesDue to the level of activity and dynamics nature of services SXiQ provide, you need to be very agile at times and navigate through changing requirements and priorities.

    The good thingsHas a very supportive team, and people are fun and easy to approach. Has good work flexibility to encourage work-life balance. One of the few Microsoft Partners to achieve Microsoft’s Windows Server and SQL Server Migration to Azure Advanced Specialisation. Lots of opportunity to learn and improve one's skill with the help of cloud experts.

    The challenges1. You're just a body shop in this company, as you get placed at client's location for projects. Your manager doesn't really care about you, except making money out of you. Because you're a body shop, you can get placed in roles that doesn't complement your skill sets, because they just want to make some money. 2. This company doesn't have a soul or work culture that you can be proud of. It's market strategy is ever changing, and you get no say in bringing in improvements. 3. Extra hours and overtime work is not rewarded in this company. They expect you to work long hours in project without any benefits or incentives.

    The challengesAs a contractor being paid one month in arrears + timesheet cutoff in the first week of the month means your actually paid six week in arrears!!!!
