    Am an individual with vast experience in the Hospitality Industry who would be an extremely good member of any team.
    The good thingsThe fellow staff members approach to thier work & the type of clientele the establishment attracts. In the sense that they are extremely polite and appreciative of our work.
    The challengesOther saff that are not approaching thier work in a positive frame of mind. This I feel is causing disharmony to teamwork& requies action on my paart by issuing warnings in the hope thier level of performance improves.
