Get on the bike and peddle hard as this Company is going places fast!
The good thingsCamaraderie. Willingness of senior managers to offer assistance and guidance. Company is willing to invest in staff to develop themselves beyond product training.
The challengesSmaller company means that you are at times challenged to get close to the engine room. The trade off to this stretch is an opportunity to connect to senior management and grow.

Good in most part, but some uncertainities.
The good thingsThere are good opportunities to learn and grow. The company has a good working environment and the for most parts, working is a pleasure.
The challengesThe company has had many restructures in the past few years. It is still trying to figure out it future, leading to uncertainity and job cuts. Sometime, it may feel that there are roles which do not offer growth opportunities. My biggest issue is the low salaries, leading to attrition and talent drain.

    I wouldn’t work there again
The good thingsLots of things to get involved in if you want to Toastmasters, Diwali celebrations, blood drive and management was very keen to have drinks all night at the pub
The challengesThe workforce are very rude and each department is encouraged not to work effectively with other departments. Lots of in-house gossip about other people.

Ok company with below average pay. Easy to take leave. Little to no carrier progression. You can move around to other department but not up.
The good thingsVery easy to take leave. People are generally friendly.
The challengesMixed bag. Some depadtments are cool, some are meh and some are horrible to work. Often its the manager in charge that set the culture and team dynamic. Most managers are stuck where rhey are and so are their staff.

A really great and exciting place to work.
The good things- The company is a disruptor and, as such, welcomes and encourages ideas. - It's an exciting place to work - everyone feels like they are a part of something that is growing and going places. - Work life balance is great - it is an output driven environment, with an understanding that people have commitments outside of work that sometimes have to eat into the work day.
The challengesThe company is growing very quickly, so in HR this poses certain challenges to making sure we are ahead of the game and coping with the growth.

Wasted 3 years of my life.
The good thingsSome very good folks do work within the company. Most of the staff do want to work in a successful organization but are limited by poor management and direction.
The challengesYou need to be in the company for at least 2 years before you are even recognized by management.
