The challengesThe company was going through admin changes and difficulty finding business. I had my interview in December for a full time position, a week after the interview I was told they were going to call my references. One week later they told me they were putting the position on hold.
They eventually called me back in January, letting me know that the position was available again but as a casual position 3 days a week. I start with them in February and then 2 weeks later, management send me a text saying that they are not getting much business as the moment and will let me know when things pick up.
