    Once was a good place to work- Good leadership left and things changed. No more Bonus's
    The good thingsCoffee machine, well stocked kitchen, friendly front office staff when there is someone in the office
    The challengesPoor support, no career growth, job roles change with no communication or consulting, skills not utilised- told to stick in your lane. Partner group led by ego and status, they have their favourites who receive promotions and opportunities others are not exposed too.

    The most toxic and dysfunctional executive leadership team I have ever encountered.
    The good thingsDecent pay, some excellent mid-level managers and senior team members.
    The challengesExecutive leadership extremely nepotistic and dishonest, blind to operational and market realities impacting BAU and future growth. Significant attrition across the organisation, morale non-existent.

    Amazing experience and the qualities of Synergy I like to see in every employer I work with but I fail!
    The good thingsEverything there was good. Flexible environment, striving towards innovation and creativity, Partner and Director way too supportive, easy going team members, acknowledgement of one's hard work, and listening to one's problems or issues.
    The challengesEvery challenge is presented there as an opportunity and all work together to turn challenges into wonderful expereinces.

    My experience is a mixed bag of good and bad. For junior people seeking to get into consulting Synergy would probably be a good place to start.
    The good thingsThere's some great people here. The philosophy of the founders was one of 'doing the right thing' and with the exception of a few managers this still holds true. Synergy has a great CEO and establishing partners who work hard to maintain a flexible working enviroment.
    The challengesVery little career development, there's a growing culture in some areas of getting what they want irrespective of whether it's the right thing to do or not. There's also been a number of poor hiring decisions which has meant there are people in key positikns who don't understand the fundimentals of their business area.
