Admin role at Tagteam has been great, supportive management, and an awesome team culture.
The good thingsThe management team is great — super supportive and easy to talk to. The flexible hours (when needed) are a big plus, and the team culture is awesome. Everyone gets along and helps each other out.
The challengesHonestly, nothing bad to say. Highly recommend!

Good management, great support from the team and a really positive environment to work in.
The good thingsGreat place to work with good management and clear communication. The team gets along well, and it’s a friendly, supportive environment that makes coming to work enjoyable
The challengesNo challenges! I would recommend anyone I know to work at Tagteam.

Wouldn’t recommend to work for this company
The good thingsNothing good came from working at this company. Management is poor and they expect you to reach unreasonable targets while doing the job to Australian standards
The challengesManagement is poor, no one knows how to do the job correctly. Tracking you every second of the day

The good thingsOther tradesman and the clients
The challengesManagement and everything about the way the company is run. It is extremely frustrating when you are more capable, more experienced, worth more money and like better by clients then any of senior management

It was a great experience and now I am ready for bigger opportunities.
The good thingsWorking with a diverse range of employees from around the globe. That each day throws you something new to work or deal with.
The challengesIt's the good things flipped around working with backpackers who can up and leave on a whim. Each day also has the same issues on top of the new ones you have to deal with.

A good supporting team to be a part of
The good thingsI enjoyed the diversity of the role being able to travel and work in different states with different teams made the job more interesting. I enjoyed the training conferences every 6 months. All field staff are bought together for a week to update training and discuss where the business is headed. I enjoyed teh training conferences
The challengessome of the schedules were challenging but the office staff were always helpful in moving jobs around to make sure that we could get the work completed. It was sometimes challenging dealing with the customers who took their frustrations out on you or the business even if it was you who attended previously.

Great work place, fast paced environment
The good thingsThe work is great, the people are nice and it is a busy fast paced environment so if you're looking for a job where you watch the clock tick by this isn't for you. The role is ever changing so you know that your not doing the same thing everyday.
The challengesMultitasking and time management is required to achieve the daily tasks but once you have it right the day flows.

    Impossible working hours
The good thingsNone at all. This company shows why test and tag has become a joke.
The challengesIf you can test and tag a supermarket in a few hours then you are not doing the job properly.

Do not work for the company. As an electrician you are used to fixing things and clients being happy with you, this will not happen with tagteam. You either don't have the time to fix things or the client thinks they \"need a real electrician\". The hours a
The good thingsSome of the office ladys, travel, EML bonuses
The challengesLong hours, unrealistic expectations, huge travel hours, poor management, no penalty rates, poor communication, hated by clients

My experience with Tagteam has been educational
The good thingsTagteam Australia is a medium sized business with agreat group of close knit employees. Working directly with field staff and clients added variation to the role added a sense of enjoyment and acheivement to each day.
The challengesAt times I was faced with strict time constraints on deliverables. Sometimes this was purely due to the reactive nature of the business. It was always comforting to know that the rest of the admin staff were there to assist and work as a team when required.

Not a place I would work at again.
The good thingsThe social life and mucking around at work. And interacting with the contractors out on the field and being able to create the trusting bond with them all.
The challengesNot much management - had to work out teams schedules on your own half the time. No one to talk to to ask for help or advice. Always huge amounts of work overload.
