The challengesPoor leadership from my manager. No training. Could not keep up with the times and basically if I had of stayed I would not have been employed elsewhere as she has no idea what she is doing

The good things- The office staff are great to deal with
- The crew on-site are awesome people
- The money is decent
- The flexibility to work when you want
The challenges- Long swings some times
- Short notice (working on improving that currently)

The good thingsPlenty of work, never work with the same people.
The challengesPay could be better. They expect a lot from you for 50-53 flat. No night loading either. Not a very steady income.
