    Good sales training, just be sure sales is what you really want to do
    The good thingsGood people Good support structure Big emphasis on continuous training and improvement
    The challengesVery high turnover environment, so don't get too attached to your coworkers. The job type is such that only perfromance really matters. If you don't meet the KPI's, you will be let go. Work is pretty repetitive and can be boring, but that's the nature of sales. Just be sure it's what you actually want to do.

    The good thingsPositive environment and room for growth within the company. You also learn how to run a business while you work, and this job teaches you more than just the skills of selling, it teaches you a lot of very important life lessons.
    The challengesFirst getting into sales if you haven't had any prior experience, however with a supportive team by your side, it doesn't take long to learn the ropes and become an amazing salesman.
