Thinking of working for this company look elsewhere if you value fairness and basic respect.
The good thingsModern facility with great casual workers
The challengesManagement have no idea what they're doing. All talk no action. Horrible culture with a clique in Management who worked together previously. Good luck getting through a 6 month probation. They use you for how long they need you and come up with sudden termination without justification.

The good thingsCheap access to tooling.

Blatant Favoritism & No Fairness. Management Only Cares About Their FriendsThe management team at TTI is nothing more than a closed circle of friends from their previous workplace, prioritizing loyalty over competence. From day one, it’s clear that culture here is built on who you know, not what you know. Accountability and professionalism are non-existent and rules apply only to those outside their inner circle. Employees who aren’t part of the clique face unfair treatment, vague dismissals, and even sudden terminations without justification. Meanwhile, leadership protects their own, ignoring poor performance as long as you’re "one of them." This isn’t just poor management, it’s a systemic failure. If you value fairness, transparency, or basic respect, look elsewhere.

Mount Waverley VIC 31493 to 4 years in the role, former employee
A company that makes good effort in treating their employees right, with a decent leadership team, but often a bit too restrictive in its internal processes and hierarchy.
The good thingsGood work life balance, leadership team respects and accommodates individual needs to the best of their ability, including kids/family and health needs. The work environment is fast paced but supportive, and the company makes an effort towards fulfilling personal development and career goals.
The challengesIf you're at the bottom of the rung, the work process can be frustrating when you need to get through layers of approvals or reviews from higher ups. In a large company like this, it's difficult to be creative or suggest new ideas, you end up just doing prescriptive work and staying in your lane.

    Strange unwelcoming culture
    The good thingsNone, awful environment
The challengesIt has a very strange culture. I worked in the warehouse as a logistics administrator and no one would talk to me. I felt unwelcomed and isolated. They have their little groups and if you don't fit in they ignore you

Not worth it, there are better places to work and learn.
The good thingsRecent team members who joined are good to work with.
The challengesLeadership team consists of people who have been there a long time and are set in their ways. They talk a lot about adapting to todays environment but when it comes to change, nothing happens. If you are in the inner circle with the leadership team, you can get away with anything. You dont have to do a days worth of work. Everything is ignored. But if you are not in the inner circle, then you can be subjected to different set of rules. ELT will turn a blind eye to it. You will do well here if you belong to a certain demographic.

    Stayed for too long
The good thingsDecent people to work with, good job if you wanna do your 8 hours and leave.
The challengesManagement/HR are all talk and no action. Takes far too long to enact any sort of change, too much red tape and bureaucracy. Very little opportunity to progress or develop your career.

    Toxic management, stay away!
The good thingsNothing I can think of, leaving was the biggest positive
The challenges- Toxic environment - Poor and dysfunctional management - No culture at all - High staff turnover - Lack of communication - Lack of work life balance - Pay just isn't enough compared to similar roles in the market. - Management expect a lot from staff yet invest very little back. Short term focus. - Saving dollars is considered more important than making staff feel valued.

Would highly recommend the company for people looking to be challenged and provided with real career opportunities
The good thingsI had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, and I was promoted whilst working for TTI in recognition of my efforts. The team I was involved with was like family, which was really important to me.
The challengesNothing really, other reviews have said it's fast paced which I agree with but it would be boring without a lot happening!

    Terrible Workplace
The good thingsNew warehouse so aisles is nice and spacious
The challengesWorst warehouse I have ever been to! Management say hello , give you your work and then send you off to guess the rest. Employees are twice as bad, when you ask for help they look at you like you have no brain and if you do the wrong thing on your first day they get your name and take it upstairs. Worst place to work, avoid it as much as possible!
