Expendable staff and the illusion of a consultancy
The good thingsThere are some really good people in the company but you get that in any organisation where there are large groups of people.
The challengesThe company isn't a consultancy even though everyone who is employed as a Project Manager or Business Analyst is told they are consultants and must act like consultants. The reality is you are pushed out to 'client site' as an expendable PM or BA no differently than if you were a contract PM or BA, except that you have to do additional things, like weekly engagement reports and adhere to an expectation you should do more to contribute back to the company. Doing you day job and making the money for management's salary doesn't seem to be enough. People also get let go pretty frequently, including multiple right before Christmas.

Good potential but ruined by toxic management and culture.
The good thingsThe variety of roles, industries and clients made for a good way to diversify experience and skillsets.
The challengesPoor management, poor upper management with a lack of integrity, non-existent culture, all talk no action, no support, poor remuneration.

Wrong role and no opportunity given to move into the right one.
