Wost company I ever work withThe good thingsWhen I started working for this company it was well known as DSS (Dynamic Satellite Survey). During DSS we had bonus payments, freedoom to do research and plenty of incentives. As soon as Terrex bought DSS, all gone.
The challengesAfter Terrex bought DSS inmediay decided to change the company'name for Terrex Spatial loosing a 24 years asset. From one day to another we transform from a well known company to nobody and it was challenging to convince the clients we were the same company as DSS. The new head office bought the company to provide their seismic company with permanent surveyors. Non seismic projects and clients were abandon.
