    Need to work most every weekend to make a half decent salary. Management likes sweetheart deals and doesn't deal with conflict accordingly.

    The challengesWeak, unresponsive management that accepts and contributes to a toxic culture. Terrible pay for what is expected, the responsibility and dangers of driving and working with EO.
