Good people and respectful workplace. The good thingsCo workers are great and the owners/ management actually care about you as a person, not just a cog in the wheel. Pretty good salary + commission scheme. You form a good relationship with your clients and are treated with much more respect than a retail job.
The challengesVery limited potential to move up. Can be disorganised at times.
Having to work every weekend definitely has its drawbacks, and also never getting any long weekends due to having Sunday/Monday off is disincentivising .
