    Good people and respectful workplace.
    The good thingsCo workers are great and the owners/ management actually care about you as a person, not just a cog in the wheel. Pretty good salary + commission scheme. You form a good relationship with your clients and are treated with much more respect than a retail job.
    The challengesVery limited potential to move up. Can be disorganised at times. Having to work every weekend definitely has its drawbacks, and also never getting any long weekends due to having Sunday/Monday off is disincentivising .

    The challengesVery little to no training provided in the position, high expectations of staff members, lack of management, promise of career growth but no follow through.

    The good thingsAs well as making people feel empowered and beautiful I received free training, cash bonuses, never worked a Sunday and made great friends.
    The challengesI always felt supported every step of the way in this family run company and never found any aspects of work life difficult at all.

    Very caring business, but high expectations
    The good thingsLots of good opertunities to develop your skills, and a good amount of training was given. The owner was fantastic to work with and very caring and I believe that's why the business is successful
    The challengesA fair amount of pressure to do well/ make sales, and expectations were very high.
