    The good thingsThe staff are the best.
    The challengesEnvironment of fear, unachievable KPIs, management are clueless, no safety in the office, no induction and you are too blame when everything goes wrong because you were not told how to do it.

    The good thingsthey are a very intergrating and accepting management team and staff. The boss thinks outside the box
    The challengesit is a higy competitive environment working in a Govt contract and I truly believe that the Govt has got it wrong in the empl services sector with disabilities. ONQ has got it and that is what I enjoy the most
