    The good thingsGood colleagues is the only nice thing about this place
    The challengesLack of human resource and people management from the hierarchy ,ongoing unresolved technical issues with all the clients.I literally had a client telling me they are having a bad experience with this contractor.Few people working in the organisation and everyone is has to be jack of all trades.No service booking support ,no respect for hard work and dedication.No techs will be in the job for more than 4 months because of ongoing projects remediations

    Disappointing & insincere
    The good thingsThey work towards being innovative and have interesting, high profile projects.
    The challengesThere was a big divide between the majority of the managers and those who work in the field+distribution centre. It felt like an us vs. them atmosphere rather than a whole team environment. I also felt like I wasn't listened to, was undervalued and their promises of providing training were wholly unfulfilled.

    The challengesConsistently high workloads, clunky systems, non-automated systems, heavily reliant on email and manual triggers, subject to vast amount of human error, some arrogant management, disjointed team, spreadsheets, spreadsheets and more spreadsheets, email, email and more email.

    Look after your staff and they will look after the company
    The good thingsAwesome company to work for, I was injured at work and they looked after me during a terrible time and now I am better, I give more than 100% to make sure they stay in business. Good Company Model looking after it's staff.
