Changed my career and my life for the better
The good thingsI've been there for nearly 7 years, so I have a few... You're given the space, trust and support to really make an impact in your role. Not too many places you can genuinely say that. It's an optimistic environment that values achieving serious goals and its team - best way to think of it is like an Elite Sports Team where there is a high-performance mindset but an exceptional bond between the staff. Growth and development is just part of the DNA of the organisation - you'll learn more real-world business skills in 6 months than you will during an MBA. They care about the people behind the roles... you'll never be treated like just a number. And lastly, but most importantly, you get to make a serious difference in the lives of business owners across the country. Not just their businesses, but who they are as human beings and how they see the world. It's pretty unique.
The challengesThe industry itself is constantly evolving at a rapid rate so that often requires agility. If you're someone that likes super rigid plans and don't want to get your hands dirty then it's not likely a place you'll love.

Great Place To Grow Your Career
The good thingsGreat culture and environment for an individual to learn and grow while enabling them to do their life's best work. Clear communication from Management on vision, mission and values of the organisation and ensuring all employees are aligned to achieve goals and target.
The challengesThe organisation is very Fast-paced with rapid growth. Therefore you need to be able to adapt to changes quickly and effectively.

Great opportunity for growth in a highly entrepreneurial business
The good thingsAbsolutely the best thing about working at The Entourage is seeing the members in our training programs grow (both themselves and their businesses). I too have been able to grow extensively with the business, being given huge amounts of opportunity and support from the founder. It's a great team, we do great work, and have fun doing it.
The challengesIt's a high growth, entrepreneurial environment which certainly has its challenges. We need to be nimble and change direction often. Personally I love this - it's what keeps every day interesting - but it's not for everyone.

A place where the goalposts are moved constantly and you have to deliver unrealistic expectations on no budget...yesterday.

Life-changing experience, highly recommended. Lean in!
The good thingsIncredible people work here. You will learn more than you ever have before. This is more than just a job, it is life changing and gives you so much opportunity to grow as a person.
The challengesIt's a lot of hard (but fulfilling) work! This is not for those wanting a 9-5 only. It is a place where you can make a real difference and learn so much.

Educational and often fun but wouldn't recommend to a friend
The good thingsYoung company, high energy, lots if hussle
The challengesAn immature workforce. Goal posts move all the time for sales guys - which is the no#1 thing to not do when building high performance as lacks stability and is demotivating. High turnover of sales team and sales leadership roles.
