Feel good organisation that doesn't actually make you feel good.
The good thingsPeople are generally nice and its inspiring to work towards a good cause. There is a lot of diversity and its enriching to work with people from varied backgrounds and experiences. The work we do makes people's lives better and that is a great motivator in coming to work everyday.
The challengesThe organisations culture, management and leadership is weak and there is little to no career development. People are not empowered to make changes and be creative, management is generally happy with the status quo.

Good company and good people to work with. No hesitation in going back.
The good thingsGreat working atmosphere and amenities provided by employer. Work colleagues are collaborative and help in your success; your success is also their success!
The challengesLocation of office a little challenging if you use public transport or have a disability.
