My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with a supportive management team that genuinely cares about wellbeing, ensures a healthy work–life balance, and creates an environment where I truly enjoy every aspect of the company.
The good thingsThe management team genuinely cares about employee wellbeing. They actively ensure that workloads are manageable, and they’re committed to preventing unnecessary stress. Support is always available whenever it’s needed, which makes for a really positive and balanced work environment

    Great culture with great people
The good thingsGlascott have a fantastic culture. Everyone pitches in and helps each other out. With \"Real\" as one of the core values; you can be sure you are dealing with easy-going and genuine people.
The challengesBecause everyone does pitch in and help out wherever they can; sometimes the work life balance can get lost in busy periods. But it evens right back out again and the company does support people in achieving the right balance.
