    The challengesStaff were treated poorly, put down and would be gossiped about by management. Management would put you down and destroy your confidence while increasing your workload and reducing the time given off the floor to do the work

    toxic and degrading
    The good thingsThe educators are passionate and care about the children and the centre is nice
    The challengesManagement is the biggest downfall of this company. They only see children and families as dollar signs and have no consideration for their educators. They do not provide any planning time at all.
