    Great team and staff however not a great work place.
    The good things-the staff are quite friendly -good location close to the train station -busy/varied procedures throughout the day
    The challenges-pay isn’t great and so hard to get a payrise especially for the amount of work you have to do. -management isn’t too great and nothing is really done about complaints. -just care about money and not their stuff.

    Over worked, underpaid and under appreciated.
    The good thingsA close team, everyone supports eachother despite none from management
    The challengesThe wage is hardly liveable despite working so hard everyday. The money coming in doesn’t match the work being put out, we are allowed 1 break a day. Management always looks for reasons not to give pay rises rather than recognise each staff member for their individual growth. Management will put you down any chance they get despite working tirelessly around the clock whilst being under staffed to keep the clinic functioning. You can do a million great things but if you make one mistake, you will be spoken down to for it. This place only cares for money coming in rather than staff barely coping.

    Best work place ever !
    The good thingsThe best work place I have ever worked at. The principal and manager are both supportive and understanding. They spend quality time with me to train and help me to obtain my qualifications.
    The challengesThe working hours is a little bit long but it doesn't really matter when you have a great team.
