    The good thingsThe Nurse Managers a really not accommodative and friendly not a good work culture at all

    Don't be another number, keep looking for something better where you might actually be acknowledged and appreciated.
    The good thingsMost of the people you meet and work with are interesting and fun to work with
    The challengesManagement have no idea what they're doing. Mine have had no formal training (old school public servants got their jobs because they were in the right place at the right time) in their positions and it shows in their lack of organisational skills and appalling communication towards other staff members.
