    Incompetent Leadership and false promises
    The good thingsEmployee benefits and the view on Level 80.
    The challengesMarriott prides itself in looking after their staff. Unless it is Marriott ANZP which does not look after its staff at all. Firstly is the non-competitive salary, which begs the question why even bother working in luxury with the demands of the job. Secondly is the abysmal pay, McDonalds actually pays more. Third is the incompetent senior management, with a complete lack of accountability across all departments and at all levels.
