    The good thingsMy superviser was amazing, very helpful always there when i needed her. I loved the hours Good rate of pay I worked at a school, the staff were amazing!! I liked my job, I worked for the company for 7 years I would work for them again if the opportunity arises

    The good thingsSchool was okay to clean didn't think much of pay or company did overtime for free just to keep kids from getting sick

    It's alright working there but I don't like that they don't offer anyone a chance for promotion.
    The good thingsWorking by myself, only working with others when necessary.
    The challengesThe time limit. No matter how much you do or how clean the room's and toilets are, it's never enough. But that's the life of a cleaner.

    Exhausting, yet satisfying, that's what cleaning's all about!
    The good thingsMost the people I work with, but I enjoy the work itself, it's not as easy as what some would suggest, but you're not likely to end up sick or broken either.
    The challengesWorking around staff & students, since I'm located at a school, people tend to be in my areas until late, but I'm still expected to start and finish at a certain time regardless, and do as much as I can whilst still meeting a set standard in all areas.

    The good thingsIf you do your job they leave you alone, bosses are pretty relaxed most of the time. people around the place are good to work with
    The challengesworking around a busy environment. having to deal with cutbacks., loss of time and money. issues and instances which were blown out of portion.
