The good thingsDepending on the role you get a good work/life balance.
The challengesManagement are absolutely awful and everyone is out for themselves. It's a very toxic and bitter work environment which is worsening as time goes on. Next to no support from management and just a bunch of empty promises. Next to no chance of salary increase also.
