    Cutting edge avian and exotics with great support.
    The good thingsGreat Australia wide support from some of the best avian and exotic vets in the country. Supportive owners and managers, HR is excellent.
    The challengesThe owners and managers are always working on improvements in work flow, equipment etc so I can't actually think of anything apart from the usual veterinary industry challenges.

    Could not think of a better place to work.
    The good thingsThese are the best people to work for. Caring, generous and a real care for the staff mental well being and work life balance. They have a real care for their patients as well. This is hands down the best business I have ever worked for. Many places talk a good game but this company really puts there money where their mouth is and backs it up with action.
    The challengesI do not have any improvements its great.
