    Huge learnings.
    The good thingsThe people were great, extremely talented group of individuals passionate about their work and wanting to progress
    The challengesManagement has a long way to go in learning how to communicate and care for their staff. They have a hard time deciding on process and are constantly changing tools and approaches, creating difficulties in establishing flow. Management tend to be harsh with staff and have therefore experienced high turnover. Very high expectations with minimal guideance.
