    One of the best jobs I have had and has created many friendships i hope to keep forever
    The good thingsGreat team - some of the best people I have had the pleasure to work with - right from the Directors I regularly worked with to new grads just joining the team. Some great projects (particularly in the utilities and products space) - big scary projects where you dont get a lot of sleep, but have a lot of fun I cant remember learning more in such a short time period
    The challengesAs a mid level company TH dont sell a lot on brand alone so there is always a constant level of proposal writing to be done. Needs some energy within the ownership team to invigorate vision
