    A terrible school for students and staff to learn and work in

    The challengesThe leadership team, under qualified with over inflated egos. More interested in their own career progression than focusing on the real reason they are there, to work with and inspire young people. A leadership in a Catholic school position is a position of service to others not for satisfying your own gain.
