Lots of ups and downs, but overall a decent experience. The good thingsLots of opportunities to learn, some tickets/courses provided, equal treatment and diverse team, equipment/machinery maintenance and safety is highly prioritised. I went into job with no experience and came out skilled and confident in many aspects. 10/4 roster allows for a decent break between (very demanding) shifts. Made many great friends and contacts through working here.
The challengesWorking 10 days straight is exhausting, very little return or recognition for workers, long unforgiving days for very little pay. Overworked/understaffed through major expansion of workload.
