    Hospitality worker
    Aug 2018
1 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Enjoyable to begin with but painful altogether
The good thingsI love the brand and what it strives for.
The challengesManagement was very poor resulting in tension between workers and unsatisfied customers. However, I believe working in other stores would have been AMAZING!

    Great brand, average company
The good thingsI love the brand and everything that it stands for in improving ones life through nutrition. The company is growing rapidly so there is plenty of opportunity for growth.
The challengesExcellent job for crew level, at management level the hours are long and hard. There is a big disconnection between Head office and the Stores, but it is still a young company that I hope finds it’s feet.

Fad health company trying to find its feet
The good thingsGreat concept and health inspired lifestyle. The ceo really believes in the power of good nutrition and its inspiring to see how passionate he is about it.
The challengesThis company is still finding their feet and are so unorganised. There is a high number of turnover in their head office so nobody stays in a role long enough to implement change. Delays in pay were a regular occurrence.

    Thriving.
The good thingsEverything. The staff I work with, the environment, the food, the food quality, the brand name and the brand interaction with the world.
The challengesTowards the end of 2015, there were hours cut down across the board. In saying this, this move was understandable as there was a significant reduction in budget.

The best job I've ever had!
The good thingsBeing able to work in a familiar environment, where I can work with a great team and engage with customers on a daily basis. I am passionate about health, fitness and nutrition so this was definitely the perfect job for me. I've been in this position for 2 years now and it has definitely opened up a lot of opportunities for me.
The challengesDealing with customers with specific health/dietary needs and helping them out by providing in depth helpful information about their nutrition and lifestyle. It was a challenge, but definitely something I enjoyed and learnt a lot from.
