Great company, supportive culture, with a great back story and an ambitious yet achievable future.
The good thingsCulture, people, opportunities, new head office :), being a part of something that will continue to grow and the sustainable future Timberlink delivers.
The challengesSignificant changes to business as usual, with multiple new streams of business coming through. This is a challenge, but more importantly an opportunity to thrive and be a part of the journey.

Disappointed I had to go! Was only due to other circumstances that I left.
The good thingsThe team, I had a great team around me and an awesome team leader. Still friends with co workers to this day
The challengesOnly issue was travel, some forklifts were outdated when I was there, but have been replaced since

The good thingsSeeing the place in the rear view mirror as your driving out!
The challengesWoweee were do I start, the management at this place is embarrassing. your only a number at this place and there not interested at all looking after you or any of your work colleagues. constant shift changes, pay cuts and basically anything they can do to make your day miserable, certainly would not recommend the place. Employees do there best with Very little at best being provided by the company but are are fighting a losing battle with management that havnt got a clue how to get the best out of anyone, Run for your life

Good overall, long term stability & a steady work place environment
The good thingsGood personal relationships, a good culture driven by the individual ( segment)manager.
The challengesUpper management, a bit too heavy With a manager for all aspects of business which lead to various opinions & fragmented business objectives. Old school thoughts & mind sets not always inline with customers insights & value propositions.

The good thingsThere is nothing good about working for timberlink. Management does everything in their power to make it hell for the employees.. if you ever come across a job advertised at timberlink delete it and never looked back it would be the best thing you have ever done
The challengesThere is no challenges at all

I didn't enjoy working at Timberlink because of management. I enjoyed my work, but not Timberlinks culture. Creating conflict in the workplace doesn't seem very proactive. I feel there are more positive ways to boost productivity other than childlike comp
The good thingsLots of overtime in the department I worked in, so it boosted the wage quite a bit.
The challengesManagement was the biggest issue here. The company seems to promote rivalry as a means to boost productivity, but it only led to major breakdowns in communication and a lot of pettiness. A primitive business structure in my opinion.

The worst company I have ever worked for.
The good thingsLearn what sort of company to not work for. Some sites are great like Bell Bay. Knoxfield has limited great people but the don't stay long.
The challengesNo-one values your input. The word 'historical' may as well be engraved on the door. Improvements at head office, zero. Tired, stressed & seriously underappreciated staff at Knoxfield. Good morale for the GM's but none for anyone below.

not the best place to work the culture isn't the best that lead from some bosses.
The good thingsOvertime is good there is plenty if you wish to do it
The challengesMidle management trying to do things there way and don't always work thats creates frustration with double handling. And are good at parsing the buck and not dealing with issues when they arise and trying to cover them up so the mill and senior management dont find out which is very poor thinking it will go away.
