    Good Flexibility But the Work is Heavy and the Pay is LightPros: The job offers flexibility and supports a healthy work-life balance, making it suitable for those who value personal time. Cons: The work is physically demanding, involving repetitive lifting of archive boxes throughout the day. Unfortunately, the compensation does not reflect the effort required, with pay remaining at minimum wage despite the labor-intensive nature of the role.

    My experience at TIMG was so fulfilling that it was the type of work I never wanted to leave.
    The good thingsStaffs and working environment is amazing. Perfect place for growth.
    The challengesAt first, I found to scan large images on Large scanners but eventually with proper guidance from a colleague, I felt easier.

    I was welcomed and supported from day one, if i was offered a fulltime position i would have taken it!
    The good thingsManagement is very understanding and accomidating. There is a wonderful ammount of cultural diversity in the office. Some flexability with work hours. Great enviroment.
    The challengesDue to the nature of the work some may find it boring.
