The team I work with is great, everyone is easy to get along with, supportive, and works well together which makes the job enjoyable. The supervisors and management are professional, polite, and communicate clearly, making everything run smoothly on shift. The pay is above average, which is a big plus, and the work everyone knows their role and works efficiently together. There is also a strong focus on safety and efficiency, which I really respect.
The challengesLike most hands on roles, the work can be physically demanding at times, but the team support makes it manageable. Once you get into the routine, everything runs smoothly.
