Sydney NSW 20001 to 2 years in the role, former employee
Would not recommend, better options out there
The good thingsSome of the staff are lovely
The challengesHired as an entry level into the industry, very limited training provided considering this fact Hired based on 9-5 hours, management will question your “commitment” to the role if you don’t stay back past 5 everyday even though they leave at 1/2pm daily Expected to cold call to fill your days

Fantastic group of people to work with and great job security.
The good thingsThe people at Stoddart are fantastic to work with. It is great to work in such a large company with so much variety. The company offers great job stability and security.
The challengesThe only challenge in my role is the large variety of tasks as it takes a lot of organisation to manage deadlines, however this challenge keeps me very engaged in my role.

Good pay good workers has supervisors
The good thingsIt's good work enjoyable depending on the supervisor. Some supervisor can stop you from moving areas or even shifts
The challengesThey shift you around and will put you into spots that you sent familiar with and expect you to keep up with people that have been there for years with no training

    Utterly dreadful.
The good thingsNothing good to say about this company
The challengesYour skills, qualifications and hard work are not recognised. It's actually quite the opposite. Everything is politicised.
