Avoid this place like the plague.
The good thingsVery Little to speak of because the Company Structure reminds me of a train wreck that is setup not to succeed. When I joined the company it was like I took a step back in time as the Business structure was ancient and lacking real depth.
The challengesCareer advancement is in essence non-existent.Management Structure has people who only interested in protecting their own department.Resources for your role are either out of date or very hard to get Upper Management to actually purchase and in my case I had to purchase my own software that would help in my position. Training is inadequate and of a poor standard which fails to meet most Training and Assessment Industry standards. Department cohesion exists only on paper. Forward Business Strategy and Market interdiction is at best inferior compared with other Companies within the industry which reflects their position as not a market leader but one that is behind the four Major leaders. To fix many of the issues is to replace the Heads of Departments which lack vision and direction and employ Managers who have Industry qualifications, who understand Forward thinking and Market strategy and what it means build a cohesive Company Team that is viable and forward moving.

It is good to start off but not a place to stay for more than 3-5 years.
The good thingsCompany offers free food and services from time to time.
The challenges- Senior Management like to overload staff (giving 1 person the work of 3-4) with no pay/title recognition - Senior Management provide false promises - Location is quote far and not centralised - Freedom is quite limited - No salary increases, hard to ask for a pay increase based on merit.

Poor experience and no support. I was extremely unhappy and felt like there was no career growth.
The good thingsGreat location, food selection from their one and only cafeteria style restaurant was decent. It was exciting at first.
The challengesJob goes downhill when you realise you basically are expected to work in a dusty old office. Day one, you go into a dusty dirty cubicle. From then on you get scrutinized for the most unnecesary and bizare little details (even by big corporate company standards). You are expected to work at an unrealstically unhealty level. You are expected to work even when you have done your hours for the day (it is still frowned upon to leave if its a job for the next day). Your're not recognised at all for your hard work and long hours.

Can be a decent job sometimes but everything is heading in the wrong direction. All about money in the wrong places.
The good thingsOn the road I guess.
The challengesWork/life balance. Being able to have a decent lunch. Working with poor people. Don't get paid enough for the effort you put in.

The business is not changing at a pace to keep up with the changes in peoples printing habits.
The good thingsSome of the Management Team are great to work with. Very keen to help their colleagues and peers. Others are not. Very customer focused.
The challengesFeels like you're working in a Dealership at times instead of one of the largest companies in the world. Things happen way to slow.

The good thingsFlexi-work. That's the only good thing
The challengesManagement is not clear of the company goals. Cost reduction to them is always to reduce headcount 1st. Sales are out of touch with the emerging markets and are out dated.

Initially great, but too much of a disconnect between management and the \"little people\" now.
The good thingsThe people are great. Work/life balance can be achieved if you have a supportive line manager.
The challengesSalary is low, particularly for women, of which there is only one in senior management. No growth options, managers are coming in as external hires and not learning about the business, just making uneducated, unresearched changes. It will have a negative impact in the near future.
