    The good thingsThe pay and some of the staff were easy to get along with
    The challengesI found How staff are treated and spoken to quite unprofessional, staff need to be given feedback and then given the opportunity to do better, staff need to be allowed time to learn and have better training.

    Unfortunately not a positive experience, and it seems to be that way for others from what other coworkers have reported.
    The good thingsLocation in the city makes it easy and there is onsite parking.
    The challengesVery high turn over of staff, leaving voluntarily and during probation period. Lack of direction of company with roles changing frequently and no procedures in place.

    The challengesowners are rude and toxic. dont care for staff and clients, just in it for money. really high staff turnover.

    loved my clients but not the office employers
    The good thingswas fantastic when i first arrived great office people,once the boss fired the hr everything has been horrible.great clients,
    The challengeslong hrs doing 15hr days sometimes without a break,being sent all over adelaide .spending alot of money on petrol,rosters always wrong and when to carers were to turn up for the same shift. one would get paid the other not.
