    When the right people were running the business it was fantastic
    The good thingsPeople were brilliant and TP used to have great products , but that changed over time
    The challengesNo investment into Airline PSS meant TP always struggles to compete. Big mistakes in acquisitions (locomote as an example) and inability to move products to the cloud

    The good thingsWork life balance is spot on, culture allows for working remotely and supporting the family etc.
    The challengesPoor management, personal agendas being exercised at all levels. Bad management from top down with no transparency and poor communication. No training or learning... dinosaur age processes that make innovation near impossible.
