    The good thingsWork life balance is spot on, culture allows for working remotely and supporting the family etc.
    The challengesPoor management, personal agendas being exercised at all levels. Bad management from top down with no transparency and poor communication. No training or learning... dinosaur age processes that make innovation near impossible.
