    Unfortunately unable to score this company ZERO stars! Please do not work for them if you value your self esteem and mental health... they will destroy both!
    The good thingsAt first the staff discount which could be used at other stores was a good incentive. Eventually though it wasn't a good enough reason to stay. Some people I worked with were really lovely as were most customers.
    The challengesManagement & HR were not supportive at all after approaching them many times for help in relation to an incredibly toxic work environment due to management. I found all senior management, HR & employee representatives cared more for the companies reputation than they cared about my mental health.

    The good thingsCompany offers alot of support to managers and they encourage you to grow and develop.

    Leant a lot about the industry and working with different people.
    The good thingsGreat staff discounts. Store staff members are all lovely. Annual leave always approved.
