I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to grow at TRUCK TECH, from apprentice to leading hand, with the support and training that helped shape who I am today.
The good thingsI started as an apprentice at TRUCK TECH, and now as a leading hand, I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and training they’ve given me to become who I am today.
The challengesWorking over 8 years in the industry can be tiring at times, but the experience and rewards make it all worth it.

Always felt supported, valued & given the tools & trust to do my best.
The good thingsWork was always varied, which kept it interesting. Team environment was solid, and management backed us—questions were encouraged. Felt proud finishing jobs start to finish, especially with a bonus. If we needed tools or gear, they made it happen.
The challengesSome jobs were tough—tight spaces, heavy parts, or unclear faults. Deadlines could get stressful, especially when short-staffed. But even on hard days, the team had each other’s backs and we got through it.
