    A miserable company run by some of the worst people I've ever met in my life.

    Do not work here if you value a supportive workplace
    The good thingsSome people are good but they are the silent minority.
    The challengesAwful culture. Be prepared for gas lighting, unproductive and constant criticism with endless undermining by the slippery sales VP and manic Managing Director. Quite possibly the worst people leaders in the history of UKG. Sales team pretend to like their leadership team while walking on egg shells to appease the unstable and incapable MD.

    Don't waste your time.
    The good thingsThe team in the Melbourne office are awesome, shame that others don't follow their example.
    The challengesNon communicative manager - wasn't interested in managing the function of support. A support team that constantly puts temporary band-aids on a problem instead of getting to the real cause of the issue. Clients continually asking more questions because the initial problem was never fixed.

    I enjoyed my time here, it was a shame that it ended so soon and didnt have the management team to back me.

    The challengesHaving management who don't have interest in your growth within the company.

    Hands down, best company I've ever worked for!
    The good thingsKronos feels like being with a group of family members rather than a job. Management is awesome, approachable and really care about their employees.
    The challengesI didn't really have any challenges! The only thing I would consider a challenge was that I was not technical in a role where you had to have a bit of user knowledge. Management was supportive in that aspect and even sent me to user training
