Really good experience so far with the store.The good things- The management team is great! Very inspiring to work with and they’re also very understanding of their staff situation. Everyone is motivated to reach a goal together so work environment is awesome. Store manager always try to support and give me good advice on how to do things and support me to grow within the company.
- Staff discount is great (30%).
The challenges- The graduate program is limited to citizens/PR only which lower the chances for non-citizen who wants to join.
- The pathways for career progression is a bit unclear. As in-store staff members, most understand that their max achievements is to be SM but there is unclear pathways if you wanna work in the company but different departments. This should be communicated better acorss store members as well if they express interest to grow within the company.
