    Hard work, but rewarding.
The good thingsDiverse, progressive bunch of people working here. They're people-focused, as you'd expect from a union.
The challengesVery high workload due to being understaffed - again, as expected as it's an organisation paid for with members' money.

The good thingsSadly there are none
The challengesIt never mattered how hard you worked or your loyalty it was apparent that there was a vast difference in who they wanted to keep and those they systematically choose to push till they broke

Having worked in several different industries for several different employers, this is the worst environment I have ever worked in.
The good thingsThere are reasonable benefits.
The challengesThe pay is quite low, the structure is rigid, and the managers have little experience or people skills.

I loed my job until the team became successful, then we were disbanded so we couldn't we didn't have any power.
The good thingsMy team of dedicated organisers that worked for the members
The challengesmanagement, dictating no consultation for organisers. Totally opposite to what they preach to members
